Legendary Wangala Primary

A small primary school nestled within the suburb of Belmont in Geelong kindly invited the ‘Longest Book in the World’ project to their school. They nailed the brief “describe your favourite place in the City of Geelong; they were given four pages and approximately an hour. The whole of the school (Prep to grade 6) achieved a monumental three hundred and sixteen pages (79 metres) for the Longest Eco-friendly book in the World.

It has taken two days so far to join the pages and another day to go. Such a delight to view their work more closely. Copies of a selection will be posted shortly.

I would also like to take the opportunity to thank all the staff at Wangala Primary School for their generosity in allowing the project into their classrooms every day for a week.
