    Sea is Sinking

    Free drop in workshop. Come and play with artists Youbi, Maggie and Fern in creating fish and marine world things.

    This Saturday 30th March 11- 4pm

    What you make on the day goes into an interactive immersive installation The Sea is Sinking – your name will be attributed to being one of the creators. We are trialing our workshop.

    Where: Brunswick Neighbourhood House at 43A DECARLE STREET, BRUNSWICK

    Parking is non-existent so please come by public transport or park at 42 Breese St, Brunswick VIC 3056 (about 6-minute walk)

    Amanda Gray a representational artist who cares deeply on the environment around her “the beauty, fragility and vulnerability…” (Gray 2018).  This is demonstrated in the detailed work of “McKenzie Falls” 2017 Oil on canvas 60x90cm. McKenzie Falls are located at the Northern Grampians Rd, Zumsteins VIC 3401. Gray works mainly in the mediums of oil, pastel and water colour.

    I am holding medallion workshop they will be crazy and zany – from recycled materials, beads, sequins, card paint we will throw everything onto them loosely based on the suffrage badges of 1890’s-1910 at JS studio’s this Sunday 25 February.  Drop in or stay for the day.
